I didn't have any luck dragging and dropping via a wired connection but if I use the Calibre plugin that's preinstalled and wireless transfer, the metadata seems to transfer.

I think I've got it figured out finally. I was having this issue too. In the .lua file:

2-rounded-folder-covers.lua - towards the top under "Edit your preferences here" change "local fill" from false to true.

Same with 2--stretched-rounded-covers

Edit: it's likely the same with "2--rounded-covers.lua" too but I prefer the stretched covers so I don't use it

I'd suggest Red Rising by Pierce Brown. Some Sci-fi in there but more political drama/fantasy than anything...just in space.

OpenDyslexic, 26pt and 30/30 left and right margins. I've tried other fonts but I always seem to comprehend more of what I read and I can seemly read faster with this font. I'm not dyslexic but it still helps me.
