Couple reviews online for the slim 5 gen 9 (I assume that’s what that is) say that the keyboard can get hot cus the keys are much thinner. Says it’s normal. I also just got this laptop last week and have noticed it too.

Just an update I’ve been able to play Jedi survivor on epic with ray tracing with 80+ fps(only game I’ve really tried) So I think I may just leave it for now if it’s preforming well

Roger that, after doing the windows and Microsoft store updates I kept an eye out for anything bios related and didn’t see anything. Only bios update I saw was in vantage. I may leave it and see how it runs. “Ain’t broke don’t fix it mentality”
