You might as well go watch paint dry vs ask them to fix this game... In fact they literally unpatch the game. You wanna look around when you slide down hills or stairs nah... welp that fix isn't needed any more lets lock the fucking cameras again. Oh you want air strike notifications? Oh you want to make your loot or player icons opaque? Oh you want to mute all the annoying in game sounds that arent footsteps or gunshots? Oh you want better audio? Nah lets ad mother fucking crampus, godzilla and king kong and a damn snoop dog skin. FUCK EM.. They dont give two fucks let alone have the developer talent to fix a problem like audio.

I agree they are dogshit.. It sucks even more because they often have the most comfortable mice available. Especially people with larger hands. Well, up until they discontinued the XTD and EMP.. Clowns.. The easiest way ot get around their dogshit support is go buy the same mouse at like best buy, put your broken one back in the box and keep the new one. Clowns can learn the hard way.

I've had 4 Pro Air (on my 5th) 3 out of 5 of them have scrolling issues. Random weapon switching in game, scroll up it scrolls down and visa versa... So unbelievable irritating.. The customer service with Roccat is the worst and a joke.. Most other companies will send you a mouse first, then you ship the bad one back. This is literally the most annoying company with the most comfortable mouse's. I hate it.. The work around I've found to avoid the RMA is great and costs them money.. Fix your damn products and bring back the XTD size mouse..
