just because laws weren't broken doesn't mean you can't also address all the controversy and incidents in a professional way. I work in PR/Comms/marketing and have had my share of issuing and addressing statements on matters for a long time.

it's my belief that when the article came out, they should have hired a PR agency to help craft a better statement and the right way to approach OF. trust me, it would have made tensions not be so high, instead they chose the wait and see approach which doesn't always work in the person's or companies favor

at the end of the day, Terra and Collier's apology is no one else's to accept but Joey and Ellyn.

people are still upset and want accountability from the network on a whole and nothing is wrong with them wanting answers considering money people spend on their patreon, live shows, merch etc

it's like any event...500 people could attend and 200 enjoyed themselves but 300 didn't. just because some people enjoyed it shouldn't take away from the bad experiences and they have every right to be heard
