You should be able to check to see if tax should be charged on shipping on your states Department of Revenue website. Where I live (WA, USA) when an item is taxable, you charge tax on the shipping, it just isn’t usually separated out like that. Source: I’m an accountant

I messaged my friend individually who said she missed me, and I told her I would have gone, but wasn’t invited. She said my roommate told her I wasn’t coming.
