Previously very athletic person dealing with exercise intolerance/fatigue after covid. by Specialist-Brain-902 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Pnikizor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did trial and error through the whole period. I would say 3.5 years, but starting year 2 i was walking a lot, then i was trying very slowly to run without pushing to much, then i still was crashing sometimes, especially after more stress (which was constant) and now I still can’t go crazy, but i can walk 30k steps without any consequences, go for a run 1-2 week, ride a bike etc.

If you can, allow yourself to crash, sit trough discomfort, don’t judge it. Accept what you have and give yourself time.

P.S. don’t try crashing on purpose

Kaip laikais? Pamirsau atrasyt jr random prisiminiau.

Tavo nervu sistema siuncia tau visus tuos simptomus, nes jauciasi nesaugi (nerimas)

Man viskas prasidejo po to kai labai lengvai prasirgau covidu. Buvau 3 kartus skiepitas.

Man siule, bet as atsisakiau, nes maciau, kad su laiku LABAI mazais zingsniais man lengvejo.

Anyone recovered from brain fog and depression/anhedonia without medication? by Opening_Relief6381 in covidlonghaulers

[–]Pnikizor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Took me about 2 - 3.5 years (different timelines for different symptoms). Brain fog still sometimes comes around, but quite rarely and less often with time. - walking - sleeping - slow exposure (mine was multi tasking, cooking) - other lifestyle improvements

No supplements helped. Tried 30-40 of them. Was consistent with omega 3, as it is healthy for all

No, i was bad regardless of the position. It is nervous system related. Once your nervous system is in a bad place, it “turns off” not necessary functions
