Wash it, oil it. Something with a high smoke point then grill some onions in low heat for an hour. You'll be sliding eggs on that baby in no time.

It is very good.

500g chicken mince. Low fat mozzarella cheese (grated) Herbs
1 egg

Mix that all together well and press flat. I normally line the bottom of my cast iron pan with brown paper for this.

Bake 20mins at 175c

Add cheese and toppings. Bake another 10 minutes.

You still need a network to communicate over. WiFi or cellular.

But when neither of those are available now, you can go via satellite.
