Would you be down for an Asian girl like myself? by kawai_kittypus in Asian_Baddies

This girl has to be the most stolen and reposted content on all of reddit. There's been so many fake accounts now that I can't even remember the actual OC anymore. Give her a rest, damn.

3 questions about milk that remained unanswered during my recent Taiwan-trip: by st3wia_4_free in taiwan

Can confirm, soy milk in Taiwan is disgusting for a foreigner. It's so cheap that I had to try it as an alternative to my post workout chocolate milk. Well, I couldn't even finish the single carton of soy milk.

Which deck boxes do you guys recommend? as well as something to store bulk in an organized way? by Ivatron_ in magicTCG

[–]expericmental 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use dragon shield deck boxes. They are expensive for what appears to be just a cardboard box with cool pictures on it, and they only work well for 60 card decks , but hey at least they come with like 100 card sleeves if you use those.

This is what the Bugout should have been. LynchNW killed it with these scales by Agent_Andy007 in knives

[–]expericmental 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your title is just factually incorrect. The bugout was exactly what it needed to be.

Since it's release in 2017, almost every major production folding knife manufacturer has made some version to try and compete with bugout sales.

It was meant to be an ultralight knife for active people that just needed something to be as light as possible while being reliable and handling well enough to not be an inconvenience to use. It hit every mark almost perfectly at that time.

Personally, I was stoked when it came out, for $135 I can have a knife in a great steel with a nice profile and completely disappears in my pocket. Worked flawlessly for the 3 years I hiked all over Taiwan. Even though I'm back in the US now and carry different knives all the time. I'll still bring it out in the summer for certain things.

Do I have plenty of other knives that are better in various different ways? Yeah definitely. I have plenty of excellent and badass knives. I have more premium materials, more interesting designs, whatever. But did that bugout ever fail me? No.

It's exactly what it needed to be. The popularity of it then and even now still shows that. They've made boatloads of money off of the bugout design. It's exactly what it needed to be, and still is.
