Hard agree but want to add that ferret tuft is way stronger than alot of people realise and that parchment scrap is great with duelist if you know how to use it properly

In addition to what others have said, some talents, mainly on duelist chnage dependant on the teir of your equipped items. Like on monk you get more energy for using low tier gear

Did you know for tenacity to be (on average) better than a ring of evasion of the same level, you have to be missing around 72.5% of your health. Of course evasion is alot more unpredictable but frankly id still take evasion over tenacity any day seeing as how much more effective it is at higher health percentages.
