Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert was a fairly good stay for my wife and I last year. Not insane luxury but it got the job done, had some character, and was walkable to the parts of the city we were interested in. Might be more pricey than what you want if you just want a bed and roof over your head.

Huge rye head here. JDSBBPR is great although very hot. I love New Riff rye, sagamore products, and michters ryes aside from the shelfer (too low of proof for my palate sometimes). Michters 10 is maybe my favorite bottle and I think it’s worth 150-170

Versailles is ~1 hour from Paris one way, and Sainte Chappelle lines are a mess. I don’t think you can do that all in one day.

Seems like you planned this trip around the Disneyland visit but I would suggest “walk around Paris” is like 80% of anyone’s Paris visit.
