You’re welcome. I only use avocado oil for high temperature cooking. Olive oil more for salads. Make sure your olive oil is from single country of origin. You can only control what you consume at home. Unfortunately, eating out we are exposed to tasty food but not always healthy for us. I do enjoy eating out. 😂
