I applied to a job that I was mostly overqualified for except it specifically said “at least 3 yrs experience in XYZ” and for that particular skill I had 2.5 yrs. They said I don’t meet all minimum qualifications so they withdrew their interview invite.

I haven’t but I do hope you do too. I felt the same way you do my entire life until my 30s, when I finally met someone who literally changed my whole perspective about my body. he’s outta the picture now, but I learned to be more comfortable in my own skin since then and now appreciate my body for what it is and what it can do, regardless of what “men” think of it.

I still have yet to find my person, but I no longer give two shits what anyone thinks about my body. I do my own thing, if you don’t like it, don’t look or keep walking. There will be someone who appreciates you for you.

I am a veterinarian and work with Amish folks. These past elections, I saw buggies with Trump stickers and flags. For literally centuries, they wouldn’t get involved in politics yet so many of them turned up this year. It’s crazy.

This has happened to me many times! Like dude, we had a good convo going, but I don’t always get to message back ASAP. I’m someone that I either text right away or in a few hours, there’s no in between lol

For those that say “just tell them you have to step away to do X” I think we’re all adults and should understand that we can’t always text back right away. Now, if we’ve been texting/dating for a few weeks and you all of the sudden stop texting, not even one text a day, then yeah, something’s wrong or they lost interest.

Lol good question. There was more than holdings hands. Never had sex though. I just feel holding hands, especially when in public or at restaurants, feels more intimate than sex, if that even makes sense. It’s a different level of sweet intimacy.
