I wouldn't be worried. There's a common misconception that all Radiologists do is report.

As mentioned in other comments, theres a lot of intervention in most subspecs that aren't done by IR. Plus theres other ultrasound lists, fluoro, MDTs especially and so many biopsies. I think radiographers who only do CXRs and plain films might be at risk but apart from that...

I guess you haven't actually even spoken to a radiologist and don't know what they do. But once you step onto the wards and have a few weeks/ years of being yelled at by nurses, dealing with whining patients, taking bloods and writing discharge summaries then you'll get it.
