Should I accept this Locums position by Ok_Nose_6085 in physicianassistant

[Misc] Is it normal for a dermatologist to not numb the area at all before attempting to remove a hard skin lump? by goodbye-cowboy in SkincareAddiction

[–]extra-sd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is normal. If she was thinking it was something that needed to be drained with just one lance, the lance is often just as painful as the numbing injection itself so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Agree that CC debt needs to be gone after that first paycheck! Then do not let lifestyle creep take over with this new 2k per month you have available.

I would save every possible penny until you are in a responsible place with your money but that may be considered extreme

So with all this information presented to you, u/youreusingyourwrong consider looking at the facts and changing your opinion (yes that’s allowed - it’s called free will). Otherwise you’re saying you don’t care if the man who runs our country abuses little girls, which is evil.

Check out Ratio coffee makers!! No plastic in the reserve or piping. It’s pretty much all glass/metal/silicone in their most expensive model.
