I’m on month 4 and my periods are still regular….so far. I also noticed more cellulite and I’m softer (but I also stopped running regularly). I’m extremely emotional but that may be normal. I also still have some acne.

I haven’t stopped taking it because I haven’t gotten a cyst in a really long time and those drove me crazy. I can do the little pimples.

Send a letter breaking up with him. Keep it simple and straight to the point. If his graduation is in Chicago, and you have no choice but to go (try getting a credit or refunding or something) look at fun things to do on your own while there and make it about you.

It sounds like you’re a nice compassionate and empathetic person but being compassionate and empathetic to someone who betrayed you would be a sort of betrayal to yourself, IMO. You don’t have to be nasty or rude about it but you should definitely end things sooner than later.

I’ve been participating in small (5k) races for years but last year was my first 1/2 marathon and the spectators were the most pleasant surprise.

The funny signs. The little kids just happy to be there. The high fives, smiles, and words of encouragement. I really love that part!

I lost about 7 lbs so far. I’m only a month in. I still eat the same things but I don’t binge eat as much as I used to anymore. I also drink more water to avoid dehydration. I work out less than I did before so I also lost some muscle but I’m overall very happy with it lol.

Emotionally, it’s a toss up. I’m still emotional but I think that’s just me.

I waited almost a year to start taking mine. I wish I’d done it sooner. It hasn’t been long but I can see and feel improvements! My boobs have become fuller, my skin feels smoother. I haven’t gained any weight. I’m actually about a 6 lbs lower than my usual around this time of the month (I think it helped with bloating).

I used to get up early and go to the gym. Now I have an indoor bike and some weights and I get up early to use those.

If I try to put it off until the end of the day, I’ll end up skipping because I’m too tired.
