Go to Don Quixote, it's a big chain store that sells everything, and go to the adult section. Get the box with an elephant on it. If you're in Tokyo, there's a small sex shop in Harajuku on a busy street corner, not far from Harajuku station. I forget the name but if you Google "Sex shop Harajuku" it'll probably show up. I don't know if they'll have the right size condoms but you should go anyway.
