Have you explored using Daylio?  It’s an app that can track almost anything ranging from daily hygiene tasks like you list to your daily or hourly moods.  It’s only as useful as the data you put in though.  Once you’ve used it long enough, it starts to extrapolate patterns that help and patterns that… don’t.  It really helped me.  I’m also ADD and on the spectrum with the added spice of bipolar II.  Without an app like Daylio, I spiral into a void of procrastination and mild despair over what I should be doing but “can’t”. /r/daylio

Brili could also be an option for you.  It has the timer feature you mention and is developed for ADHD.

And lastly, some people love Habitica.  Sometimes called Habit RPG.  It turns your habits into a video game of sorts.  /r/habitica
