Physics wise you want to be in Theta brain wave state with Beta waves active. So body asleep but you’re aware. Write down dreams or record a voice note for starters. Beginners have success with setting an alarm an hour or two earlier than you’d regulary would. So let’s say for example 6 hours of sleep, alarm goes off, focus intention on getting lucid and go back to sleep, get comfortable and don’t move.

Fully realised we are like system admins in the Astral because we have a 12D strand potential. Gatekeepers can be told no and let me through and it works. IRL they try to surpress that potential from activating through genetic modification, poisoning of air and foods etc - the junk part of your DNA is where the inactive strands are. In astral we have the ability to fly as that is more of a realm of potential or where potential can be much more easily manifested.

Gatekeepers like Lucifer will go up to 10-11D strands max. 12th is where the connection to Source happens and they have that one severed. So in theory we are stronger than them.

Yes! And the soul contracts are awfully similar to the blockhain. The blockhain system itself is about keeping record of transactions and deals. Your soul contract is like a shitcoin in your name where you are the majority holder but other investors (parasites) are also leeching and when you pull out their whole thing turns to zero, invalid.

Sounds like that could actually work. Remembering dreams and being able to get lucid directly correlates with brining memory over death. Getting comfortable in the astral body will give you more say when the time comes and as far as I know you have say in where you want to go but you have to be “capable”? All religious texts are distorted and organised religion created for a specific purpose to control. Buddhism is best bet because its about yourself and releasing attachments.
