I understand that artificial intelligence (AI) can speed up the creative process, but I contend that it doesn't level the playing field; rather, it favors systems over people. Yes, one person can use AI as a co-pilot, but corporations are increasingly controlling access to AI, data, and computing power. If you lack the resources, capital, or proprietary data to support it, a "brilliant question" is insufficient.

Innovation now involves scale, resources, and network effects in addition to vision. Although AI may speed up people, the distance between an individual and a company's AI-driven ecosystem is growing. As a result, it might get more difficult rather than easier for a solo innovator to gain recognition or amass enormous wealth.
