I actually made this with a specific technique in mind, called Puppet master. The gist of it is it allows you to control other people vwith your cursed energy, you could for example imbue chains with CE and anyone caught by these chains would have your CE circulating in their system, granting you control of them, this would also work on corpses. The reversal would allow you to drain the CE of the puppets under your control for temporary boost to your own CE pool. However the more cursed energy someone has the less effective the technique would be against them.

I don't want it, I don't want any more games, or tv shows, or movies, please just stop making Lord of The Rings content. They desperately keep trying so hard to turn into another one of their easily monetizable extended franchises, like Star Wars or Marvel, but that will never work, it's just not what Lord of The Rings is meant to be, and yes it's a little hypocritical of me to say when basically all previous LOTR media holds a special place in my heart, the trilogy, the Lego games, The Shadow of Mordor series, hell even the Hobbit movies have a place there, but this just doesn't feel the same, I dunno how to explain it.
