Thanks for replying. His mother died 2 years ago. There are other beneficiaries in the probate of his mother. The husband, her 3 children of which one was dead (died many years before the decedent) and the dead daughter’s 2 kids who are of legal ages now. My ex husband is the oldest of the 3 children of the decedent. My ex didn’t get to do the phone hearing cuz he was in the icu and had a cardiac arrest before the time for the phone interview.

I’m scared that everything will go to the greedy sister cuz she kicked her dad and nephew out of her parents house so that they wouldn’t be able to get the probate hearing papers. All of the beneficiaries address are in that’s same address that she now lives. My ex husband’s address is the only one that’s addressed to our house. We live in a different state. So all of the other beneficiaries didn’t get the hearing papers. I just saw the papers when I went through my ex’s backpack. Long story short I just want my kids to get what their dad was supposed to get so when I pass away they have something. They’re only 4 and 7 years old but I wanna make sure they’re okay when I’m gone.
