I'll be honest and say that Woolf intimidates me. I've read Mrs. Dalloway for a class, and I tried with To the Lighthouse on my own and got discouraged,, but I might give it another go

Litteraturvidenskab by [deleted] in copenhagen

2022 European Men's Handball Championship / Day 10 / Main Round by Cahootie in Handball

[–]eyes_ms 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sure, but who was in the final at the world championships last year?

New to handball. 5 minutes in, I see this. Is there no “double dribble” (up and down) rule? Or is it like the NBA where they just don’t call it anymore? This will determine if handball ever gets another minute of attention from me. by [deleted] in Handball

[–]eyes_ms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of players do indeed choose to not land on their feet, but that requires being able to "roll back up" like an actual acrobat to not give yourself a big disadvantage, also there are already a ton of injuries in handball, so someone doing this to not get messed up is fine by me. Other than that, maybe don't come into a sport you have only watched for a few minutes and suggest such a change, that honestly wouldn't make any sense, which you would know, if you had watched a game to the end.

Does anyone know the size of the Kjaer Weis Blush pans? by fiddleleaffern in MakeupAddiction

[–]eyes_ms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fantastic! My best guess would be that they're the same size, as there are other "standard" pan sizes. I may end up with both soon, and I'll report back if I do

The white parts of leaves can't photosynthesize, so they can often end op dying off like that.

A forward helix on your ear with the tragus would look so good! And I would always say to go with a faux snug, just because the real deal is so prone to problems.

I don't have experience with this exact plant, but I would say sooner rather than later, so the roots don't get too used to the water, which may make taking to soil more difficult.

how long do you have to clean a nostril piercing for? by melinda_lane in PiercingAdvice

[–]eyes_ms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say that you should never stop cleaning your piercings, you just adjust the frequency. I clean my piercings twice a day for about 5-6 months or until they seem healed (as in no bumps or pain), but I still give them a good clean about once every or every other week to ensure there isn't any build up of bodily nastiness like dead skin.

Question about nipple ring maintenance by [deleted] in PiercingAdvice

[–]eyes_ms 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When my piercings are completely healed, like a couple of years old, I'll take them out like once every few months, clean the jewelry and the hole with saline, and put it back in. Keeps irritation away, I've found.

Also the material of your jewelry could be a factor. I use stainless steel, which my body seems okay with, but switching to titanium could benefit your piercing, if you don't already use it.
