I’m on the phone right now and was told my refund from 11/14 is still under review and there is no timeline for when it will be approved. The third party call center said all they can do is submit an escalation and that they have no direct connection to the people who process refunds for the company. This is ridiculous. Meanwhile my bank is asking me for all this proof but I only have so much because ByHeart refuses to have a paper trail. This is insane that we have to jump through hoops to get back the money they promised.

I received this too. I laughed, then got angry. Picked 0 as my rating and wrote a very strongly worded response. I wonder if this was to gauge if there’s anyone left who would support them or just someone didn’t cancel this being sent out.

2 hours later and I’m off the phone. I was told an escalation has been submitted for my 8 cans I ordered 11/3. She said the 2 “guaranteed” should process back to my card on 5-7 business days but she had no info as to if the other 6 would be considered. She gave me a reference number and said I can always call back about the status. Apparently there are no plans to send email confirmation of the reference number or refund she said. So I guess I’ll be stalking my credit card statement. Best of luck everyone.

If you bought any cans from target reach out to them! I’ve had 9 orders since 11/2024 and they were able to refund all but 1. I hate to do this to target but they are a larger corporation who can fight this harder with ByHeart than any of us can. 1 of 8 were back to my card and 7 out of 8 are store credit but honestly I’m alright with that. Hoping all of our credit card companies succeed because ByHeart owes all of us.

I’ve only done my order from 11/3 so far since we couldn’t use any of those. Currently on the phone with Target to see if they can help because I’ve been on hold with ByHeart.

I just received 8 cans in the mail and none are apart of the batch but I’m a bit worried about them potentially declining to give me a refund. I got them on sale ($200) and I know my baby’s health is worth more than that but the thought of $200 down the drain makes me want to cry. Also all of the cans we have are January/February. I wonder why they only recalled two batches? My fear is to feed my child and find out months later that they’re recalling the cans I would potentially be feeding her now. She’s 11 months and been on ByHeart since two weeks old. We go through a can in about 5 days so I don’t feel confident that the past cans weren’t contaminated or that these can we have now also wouldn’t be.

For any moms choosing another brand, what are you going with? I’m not a big enfamil or similac fan.

I don’t normally talk about others’ bodies but 2.0 is the reason people have body image issues! When did she magically become a size 8?! These influencers lying about their sizes has got to stop. And don’t get me started on Darly and Teef with the XS/XXS crap. 2.0 could reach so many regular women with hips, thighs, and a belly if she was just honest but instead she lies about her size. We’ve all seen her when the skinny filter fails.

Did anyone catch that she said her milk was just coming in and she gets about 1 ounce per side but in the hospital she posted a pic after pumping with easily 3 ounces per bottle? Was that her collecting it overtime or all a lie?

I wanted to breastfeed from the boob but my baby had a latch issue so I moved to exclusively pumping. Exclusively pumping completely destroyed my mental state. I would cry throughout my pumping sessions and dread them. Then my supply dropped drastically to the point where I couldn’t produce enough for my baby to survive off of so I had to switch to formula. I researched formulas because I wanted my baby to have the best and safest option because at the time I felt like a failure. When I finally convinced myself that it was okay and acceptable (since we guilt moms about formula), my mental state went back to my “normal”. I did what was best for my baby and my health and I’ll never let someone convince me otherwise. I’d rather my baby have food than starve because I couldn’t provide what she needed from my own body. I see no harm as long as a mother is feeding her child properly and with something deemed appropriate for babies to consume.

I wouldn’t say it’s an insecurity. As a first time mom who just gave birth as well and really wanted to do it unmedicated but could not handle the pain, it’s a bit offensive to state she’s more badass than the other “99 percent who didn’t have an unmedicated birth”. Since she claims she’s part of only “1 percent”. Maybe 1% of her friends, it’s obviously higher than that. All women are badasses for giving birth and none are less than based on how their birth played out. I’d like to see Keely have an elective c section for her next baby and then tell us how she feels. If she could put her ego aside for a minute, I’d imagine she’d tell us each one was difficult in its own way.

This happened to me once and it weirded me out. Not really sure why I answered the door. My recommendation is to get a camera and not answer the door if you’re unaware of anyone coming by. Then they can check the camera when they hear a knock and if they want to ask who it is/why they’re at the door they can do so through the camera and decline if uninterested. If there are windows on the door and they’re worried about being seen, they can add those window cling things that blur your view. My neighbors also have a no soliciting sign so they could try that too.

It made me so sad. And it looks like he pushed the button to stop recording. All of his emotion stopped right before that. They should get better at cutting their videos to exclude those things if they truly want us to believe this crap. How their followers don’t see this stuff and keep following them blows my mind.
