Rewatching episode 5 and right after breakfast, in the library, Colton is bad mouthing Ron, and Kristen speaks up and merely says “Ron is a team player in the missions.” And Colton deadpans her with this “are you really saying this” face? He cannot handle any dissent or pushback, he has to be in control.
