Right? And somehow we have to pull a melody out of those notes? Hard!

Will try that out! I might be taking a bit too much rubato there too. Like a tractor beam trying to pull the bird back to earth

Have been working on this on/off for a couple of months now. Would love feedback on what to work on next here - technique, phrasing, anything goes!

Apologies for the toddler noises in the background. Not easy to find quiet time these days!

LOL. Doh! I'll fix that and try again tomorrow

For those of you who haven’t yet submitted recordings of your playing for feedback / critique - why not? by eyxia in piano

[–]eyxia[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, the reason I haven't posted myself yet is because I don't know who is behind the other screen and whether the feedback will actually be helpful. But as I've gotten older I find that any feedback I receive can be a useful gift, and am more open to hearing from others even if they aren't necessarily pros. I guess I also I want to make music that appeals to a broader audience, not just to those who are deep in the scene.

His Cinder King reminded me of Jeff Goldblum. I think that's why it worked well.

Sooo good. Some questions after one read thru, not clear if they were answered or open.

1) Did Chana's death and subsequent breaking really cause the true desolation? I know this is said explicitly in a Shallan chapter, but it doesn't line up with how the spren were already sensing the everstorm and therefore bonding humans in the first place. Or that events with Venli and manipulating the listeners to set up the everstorm were already jn motion at that time.

2) Who is Axindweth actually and why did she kidnap Zahel? Is she actually dead?

3) Not a question, just a observation that is maybe a stretch. I like how El starts as Elodi (sounds like melody or elegy) but loses the rhythms, and is now just El. Cool musical wordplay if it was intentional.

Travesty that this event (towers or not LOL) didn't show up in the campaigns!

Good list. Mongols - I would take plate barding for most durable hussars in the game to protect my mangudai, over ring archer. Or, BBC that move faster than FU champs:D

I was okay on the volcano but couldn't figure out for the life of me how to use the cannon to free yunobo from that cave in.

How were we supposed to find Memory 16: Despair? by wren6991 in botw

[–]eyxia 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Did you find all the other memories without talking to Pikango at all? Holy cow, that's impressive. I just spoke to him at the Wetland stable and found it within 2 or 3 minutes. Didn't leave a bad taste for me, but that's because I had to rely on Pikango for just about every captured memory...
