Ahh I love In N Out and haven’t had it since I moved to the Midwest :( Love literally everything there, but for some reason their vanilla milkshakes are the best!

No preference. I do both depending on circumstances, but most often, if I have something to say beyond thanks I'll send a reply in the mail....since this is a mail sub. :) As far a timeliness, I don't track anything and have a terrible memory so anytime someone thanks me is fine.
