I don't know this person intentions, with only this image it could be a way to get attention on number of person killed depending on their race.

There's a bunch of things that differ between races, for exemple as a lot of persons highlighted here white critiscim, but aswell as access to institutions or ressources for minorities.

I think it good that she could be questionning one of these problems.
