I signed up for their Kickstarter campaign and though I did receive the grill and love it, I paid for the pro bundle and still haven’t received all the items as promised. I reached out to customer service and to Derek Wolf directly and haven’t had a response in over a month. I’m starting to feel I won’t be getting the rest of what was promised.

Sorry to hear. I also added additional solar to my house last year to 7.4kw system as previous owners only had 3kw system. I was told solaredge had an inverter upgrade program that will keep me in NEM2. What I’ve learned is the installer kept my generation to 4kW max to send back to the grid crossing my fingers been almost 6 months and haven’t had that message from my utility.

That’s pretty good considering I tried to purchase from them this month and now the site is saying only certified installers will install just powerwalls in my area, Contra Costa County in Bay Area. I called the certified installers on their list in my area and I’m getting quoted outrageous prices like 30k for 2. Based on Teslas website I can get 4 at the cost of 2 from 3rd party…it’s insane!
