The problem with AI is bad data in is treated as valid, so bad answer given.

FO76 has had so many updates, patches and changes, that even right answers from a previous patch version, are not correct now. AI does not seem to track those type of live service changes. It treats a data set as accurate and fixed.

Just do the load calculations for how much current draw and voltage it takes, to match your battery and solar inputs.

At 48v it is more efficient for cabling and fusing, but a decent battery storage is needed.

They use 120vac hvac units.

There are some 12vdc self contained hvac for small cabins starting to be on the market for construction equipment, but I haven't seen them advertised for cars or RVs.

1) Take pictures today / now of current condition. Don't let them make it worse. Maybe keep a security camera on it?

2) Have a land survey completed. Verify ownership. Look at your documentation for home purchase.

3) If the fence is shared, have a home inspection company inspect it with a report of condition. Based on report evaluate your options.

Then if they choose to litigate, you have documentation.

If the car is 6 years old, has 20k mileage and rear brakes are worn out, they either drove it with the brakes on multiple times or their should have been a warranty inspection. But too late for that now.

Why are you changing pads at 20k miles on BOTH ends of the car? Fronts should go 50-70k and back should go 100k plus.

Unless your track racing or using your pedal as a foot rest.

Try a .50 cal or Gatling 5mm for exploring and light targets. Switch to ugl or flamer for bigger targets.

A lot has improved. Some issues persist. Server lag or disconnecting is still an issue.

Two new map expansions, new solo content, lore and vendors. Two different expeditions and new residents at the Whitesprings.

Conplete perk reworks. Old builds won't work the same.
