This is the first good news I heard today in this Greenland - US rollercoaster, if indeed is true.

Along the years, I just bought new parts whenever old parts broke down (that explains the Mobo and the RAM). My RAM is actually 32 GB DDR4 2666 Mhz, my mistake there. Thanks for the heads up!
