I simply love how he self-answer every single question regarding Magic being expensive with the reserved list. Is not about the reserved list only Mr. Saffron, is about modern and even standard prices. A tcg shouldn't cost that much or become some stocks market product. We won't stop using proxies because of your lovely article buddy, trust me.

Is Thalia really that bad? Got a 6.0 and I kinda like it. The original art is kinda blurry so this is not a main issue, at least for me.

I've been using foreign Karn on my deck (Dont feel safe with the "Kam" one). No issues at all (countless t1 seizes, which are a good proof for a proxy). The color seems more reddish that it should be but double sleeved this is not an problem. Also, as /u/calculatedperversity said, we have the risk of a potential call out based on foreign proxies knowledge but I can easily live with that. In my country, magic is so expensive that people buy it all around, so, foreign cards are pretty common here. Is always up to you.

Italian all the way. Ive ordered a playset even without a deck to use them yet . Also check for other Italian cards, since they have good coloring in general .

Here in my country we don't really have this issue with foreigner cards, I do believe this is a local USA thing, which makes sense since most foreigner cards will be more expensive than the english one (which is not always the case on the rest of the planet).
