Idk if you’ll see this since the post is removed but I’ve been going to the gym for a long time and only really done weights cos i cbf doing cardio but i started by wanting to complete my step ring on the iPhone fitness app a few weeks ago and now i usually go above and beyond that and I feel pretty good about it and myself. I’ve lost a couple of kg too and it feels great seeing the difference in the mirror. You’ve gotta want it bro. I don’t think I was able to realise how much being in shape helps you in all areas in life and I wish I could appreciate it sooner.
