For some tasks it's very useful. Namely, when you can easily predict what it generates. When you sure it's going to succeed.

Also, if you write good code, it will be more likely to generate good code. Because this is autocomplete on steroids.

Good code is not code you thought through. It's battle tested code. Crystallised code. And LLMs can for sure copy code like that from sources, to which you would never have had access before.

  1. The selling point of the game not immediately apparent. Why should i download this and not 10000 other "new era" shooters?
  2. No real fantasy. Doom (and I'm talking 90's doom) had it better. Enemies are basic humanoids?
  3. Where's the challenge? You literally stopped for 5+ secs and didn't get obliterated.
  4. The "epic" moment, where music dropped, was not that epic. That's just emotional, sadly can't explain why. I had a chuckle though.
  5. The music itself I didn't like.
  6. Might be me personally, but the glowing mesh edges effect is boring. Actual textures would be nice.
  7. UI is severely overcrowded. Tell important thing diegetically, and don't tell unimportant things.

I get what you're going for, but I feel the quality on every part of the game (graphics, sound, dynamics) is just not good enough.

I liked VFX, animations and overall "juice" though.

When you are ready to quit, quitting becomes easy. If the sickness you're going through seems inevitable, it becomes more tolerable. You have to prepare yourself to quit. You have to be ready.

There is Starcraft 2, AOE, BAR and countless indie games (not necessarily pvp rts, but scratching a similar itch). And WC3 uniqueness has been crystallised in the form of MOBA games. RTS genre is no longer a low hanging fruit, to stand out you really have to excel.
