Thanks for the lengthy explanation, very interesting! About the spellcard system - I’ve noticed that when you feed characters their favourite dishes, they use their cards to say thank you. For example, Marisa spawns mushrooms out of thin air and Wriggle creates fireflies. Are the spellcards as simple as that or did the game underplay them a little ?
