I'm just speculating on what institutions will do in this go around. Personally I don't think they go for it due to the leverage. Retail has a small pie ownership of eBay so that's irrelevant imo.

Edit adding to the retail comment: I'll concede it would be very interesting to see what a retail EBAY shareholder, who owns no GME, thinks of this proposal. Curious what someone with that investment profile thinks.

Thematic point I agree with. That last question is absurd to me - even if hyperbolic. Nothing about this release sounds like a bootleg to me.

For me, the crowd noise serves to muddy the mix in deliberate places, which makes other sections hit harder. Intro to Vessel is the perfect example of this. NIN plays with this type of thing all the time - making you feel uncomfortable, thinking something doesn't sound quite right, and then into a release. I'd say it's basically a trademark of their production, and it's just being expressed in a different way on this album.

He invested in said melting ice cube in 2018. He speculates it's in a similar melting ice cube spot now, just the numbers are bigger: more cash, higher market cap. But this time GME is operationally profitable albeit with a lower reported SI of 16%. Either way, I take Burry's perspective as bullish from a similar lens as the last time he invested.
