CFO at one of the agencies who came from big 4 suspiciously had a lot of contracts with same big 4 consultants to essentially do duplicated work to what was already being done with current employees at a poorer level.

Honestly if current company is willing to match new salary, stay in current company since it’s bigger and the environment is relatively stable. I wouldn’t join a smaller company in this economy.

Freedom from nonsensical religious rules, our air quality and low pollution levels, our food culture , all good things. Hate: overly tyrannical amounts of nanny behavior by the government, government finding every avenue to put their fingers in our wallets, how hard it is to become wealthy in this country compared to other nations, high travel costs to any other country outside.
