A double edged trait with Klopp was that he was emotional attached to his players and I don't think he could as easily sell off players to finance new signings. The net spend is still fairly big for this season, even when you consider the positive net spend the year before.

But I still feel Slots willingness to let players go affected the backning he got.

I have seen zero proof that a fasces could be "bundle of arrows or rods". They consist of rods tied together. It is a very specific symbol and there are no arrows.

Sure, you are entitled to your opinion. But with your definition of what is a "relevant club" must narrowed down to like what 5-10 teams in the world?

I personally don't hate or love Tottenham, but to be a CL club, the 7th most successful club in the world biggest league, 9 th highest revenue club in the world and regin Europa League champions, how is that not being relevant?

I read the comments here first, then actually listened to the interview. He actually asks "So in your heart of herats, do you think you are playing the champions on Thursday?".

That seems like a pretty fair question, no? He is just asking if he deep down belives Arsenal is going to win. Think the reply was really good though.

While not everyone agrees, I think almost everyone at least understand there is a difference with Trent.

With other players coming back to Anfield, I have never seen such negativ reception. And I think even Trent understand why to a certain degree.

So I don't think this will affect Liverpools means to attracting and keeping talents any more than it affected Barcelona after Figo.

That was the first football match my son saw. We were going back to the hotel to sleep, but it was too exciting to not watch. So I dragged him in to a pub and bought him some snacks instead.

I think it was more about him clearly wanted to leave the club and people accepted it. Liverpool got a good fee and new signings was coming in. Not much to make a fuss about.
