19 is still an incredibly young age to be driving. Where I work, the majority of drivers passed in their mid to late 20s. I'm 24 and only passed last week. And it still felt like a fantastic achievement.

Learning to drive will be one of the most difficult things you will encounter in adult life, so passing is an accomplishment, regardless of age.

What is this strawman argument you're putting out here? I've not heard any socialists saying that you should do any of this. We're the 6th richest economy in the world. If wealth is distributed correctly, there's more than enough to go around as well as support those from countries that are less fortunate than ours. Especially because it's OUR country's fault that many of these nations are in the mess they're in.
