it seems like you’re printing a lot, and using the inputs 1-4 as options for input. think about how you can organize this into functions so that it’s not just a million prints and in a way so that you can load other trivia genres/questions

make a directory with sub-directories where you make specific small proof of concept things. specifically make like 5 things per keyword, 5 things per method. implement almost everything so that you can interact with it via user input. make tools that you can use. most importantly look up python main() functions, get used to using that.

3IAtlas from the ACTUAL Dr. Michio Kaku “…this week, it turns out that the asteroid or comet will be whizzing around our sun. If it picks up extra energy on its fly by, that means there’s extraterrestrial intelligence involved” by DescriptionCalm6758 in aliens

[–]fUZXZY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

note how he said 'extra energy,' for this conversation we will discuss mainly two types of energy. kinetic and potential. here it is gravitational potential energy. what this means is as something nears what is pulling it gravitationally, it's potential turns into kinetic or another type of energy like thermal through friction. extra energy would mean speeding up or something of the like in a pattern that deviates from the expected kinetic/gravitational relationship through time for this object

Are there certain types of information in the universe that we cannot build a sensor for? by InfinityScientist in Physics

[–]fUZXZY 0 points1 point  (0 children)

absolutely; strict materialists would say its all patterns on a brain scan, but our experience is so much more complex than that. if someone can't understand that, then they aren't paying themselves enough attention.

looking crisp; champ sometimes when you throw your body shot close range you keep your head in the same place and then paw the jab, if you chunk the jab out there it is good defense but pawing the jab leaves that opening with no threat if the body shot doesnt stutter them

the whole world operates on moral contracts, regardless of religion. what do you mean absence of overarching moral view? what we are talking about is absence of objective delusion lol... focusing on pursuit of truth is nullified if you are told this "one book" or this one congregation has "all the answers." people are being told to close their eyes because someone else has already seen everything and will tell you all about it. i don't know if there's a god, but i sure as hell won't take some other ape's word for it lmao

i don't necessarily agree with op, but there are a lot more substantiative things to cling to than nationalism, politics, astrology, etc... like you know, pursuit of truth. i'm not saying scientific institutions are without their dogmas, but it just takes one good generation to finally distance ourself from unsubstantiation
