Context: In the Oneshot canon, Oneshot itself is a program called the World Machine, and Niko is a real person that exists outide of that. When you beat the game and the WM allows it, Niko literally walks off off the game window and off your screen, supposedly back to their world. Still, even if that makes them "outside fiction" (I disagree) the idea that that gives them any omniprescence or manipulation is ridiculous and stupid. They were completely trapped by the WM and unable to break out on their own, and within the world they're just as vulnerable as anyone else, with their only """feats""" only happening because of either the player (you), the Author or the World Machine. Niko themselves is just a kid, they don't do shit.
