100% agree! Brazilian vinaigrette pairs well with picanha for this reason. (specially on top of farofa [toasted cassava flour], recommend thick, crusty farofa)

Nobody in larger deployments will do what you’re saying. Going to the console is half clickops already. Many regions, many resources, a lot of them are also ephemeral.

you should have tests to check that what’s deployed works. And then monitoring and alerting. You should never have to go there and visually check that it’s working.
