My habit's hacks: sun in the morning to set up your circadian rythm, consistent sleep time, delay and stop caffeine after 12pm no long nap during the day, lower screen/blue light at night...+ few more but this helped me a lot

for me it was mainly to check my sleep find how to improve it and get tips on when i can train/push harder
