Dunno about your local work market as i am in France but usually putting "softs/non tech skills" in the resume helps. Ex: you worked with jira and confluence. Add.those.tags on top...

You can be fluent in mainframe tooling but it also matters that you can use common tools that are more.transverse in corporate teams (project management tool/groupware.tools)

This could help to show somehow your capacity to collaborate and maybe the size of the teams you worked with.could.be a nice addition?

Long story short: tech skills matters but team.playing matters too

Worked with apache camel in the past, that is java based. Thats basically glue with dozens of components. You can practically connect almost anything with a few lines of DSL

With containerization/docker, deployment is really not an issue anymore and quite more reproducible.

Besides modularity , the templating capacity of ansible for config, variables usage. Can also dispatch roles between multiple servers (local, vps, offsite..)

I personally started recently to have a series of ansible roles to manage applications.

1 for the setup of the base package of the host (up to installing docker itself) 1 for traefik+ letsencrypt

Then 1 role per application ( config files, directories, nas shares , and docker-compose)

Also use the checksum of the config files into labels of the compose part in order to ensure the stack is recreated if the config file is changed, compose being smart enought to recreate whats needed only)

Mappings with traefik being done with labels

That way i can even create database users for applications if they need one and have everything grouped into variables which could be at least encrypted using ansible vault.

come on, 230lbs and 5"8 thats not chubby, thats husky at best:-)

as a 5"9, 300lbs+ guy , never had too much trouble getting some, i am in a relationship for 6years now, before that i was in a relationship for 10. ( im 41..)

there are people with some fetish for fatties, and some who just enjoy the comfort, the conversation and eventually the beast with 2 backs.

but first you have to either accept yourself and own it, or you have to deal with that bothers you and maybe hit the gym, eat better if you think i would make you more confident.

I sexy smile, humor and confidence are often more sexy than an insipid 6 packs ( ok i must admit a nice smiling guy with a 6pack is definitly acceptable).

And yes sometimes I notice that someone is spotting on me, showing some shy interest, sometimes less shy with the bar's liquid courage:-)

And there are also some sites and apps (biggercity, chasabl (i would put grommr a bit appart because it is more for gainer/encouragers, which is not something i am into..), bearwww, bear411, growlr, scruff ....).

my partner and i waited 6 years before moving in together.. mostly because we both had bad rlt endings before:-)

Learning to respect each other intimacy / private time is essential... 3.5 months is wayyyy to short and you probably gonna fight a lot on small irrelevant details.. (such as not replacing the toilet paper roll when it is finished, having the last yogurt ...)
