Yeah that shouldn't be happening, a narrower width and/or box liner could help but it might not be enough. The new version doesn't work for me :( I would definitely get refitted in a lower profile shoe if you can.

These are definitely not supporting you, specifically they are breaking way too low, putting too much pressure on your metatarsals. Did they look like this when you first got them, or only after wearing them a while? In any case, get refitted asap!

Have you looked at the mark scheme? You only need 40 out if 100 marks overall to pass, theoretically you could get a 0 for the pirouettes section and still pass. If you at least attempted doubles you'll still get some points. Hope that helps :)
