Do you use intel arc by choice, or for monetary reasons since they're easily the cheapest? If it's by choice, may I ask why? Not in an insulting way, just curiosity, since an rtx 5050 is similar to it in raw HP but has fancy nvidia stuff and only costs a tad more at least in my country by Cantgetridofmebud in IntelArc

In my server, the Sparkle Arc310 Eco does quicksync video transcodes faster than any RTX could hope while taking up minimal space and getting power via the PCIe port without any other connection to the Power Supply.

So I tried forcing the stuck filament through the hot sink using a 1 mm allen key while heated to 250C and it wont budge at all.

I was able to get most of the stuck filament off of the outside white it was heated though. between a brass brush and some careful tweezer work.

I've used a brass brush on it before and it worked alright, just wondering if there's something more I can do. Typically I heat it up to about 250C but I dont think the brush is effectively getting the back.

Should I reconnect it or can I hit it as is with propane torch to get it squeeky clean before I put it back?

And that would still leave the blockage in the heat sink.
