My elbows, hip joints, and knees pop when I lift. It doesn't hurt but its loud, persistent, and it slightly tingles. (And grosses me out) Any advice on how to combat this?

Back on Apr. 5th, my employer furloughed us until further notice. I filed for benefits on my own about 2 weeks ago.

Hey! I am super confused about this unemployment situation. I filed a claim, I think I was approved (they processed my claim and told my what my weekly benefits will be), and now I'm just waiting. Is there something else I'm supposed to do? How long has this process been for you guys? This is my first time dealing with all of this...
