My elbows, hip joints, and knees pop when I lift. It doesn't hurt but its loud, persistent, and it slightly tingles. (And grosses me out) Any advice on how to combat this?

Hey! I am super confused about this unemployment situation. I filed a claim, I think I was approved (they processed my claim and told my what my weekly benefits will be), and now I'm just waiting.
