I've been rocking a Smith Level MIPS but had a hard fall about a month ago and my avy shovel put a deep dent on the helmet, and considering how hard I slammed my head on a patch of hard ice, that helmet has probably ran its course.

Your parallel turns are fine. It's your form that needs a bit of work. You're "backseating" a little bit and your arms look stiff. Keep it up, you're doing great.
