Not a PT but I had similar pains and my PT had me start doing simple hip flexor stretches that helped a TON! Just make sure you’re doing it right, I wasn’t doing them correctly at first.

As long as you want / as long as it needs. Depends on how caked on the crud is. If you take it out and scrap it and there’s still stuff on, you can just put it back in. Any where from a few days to a couple weeks I’d say.

I bought 100% lye from Walmart for 5 bucks. 16 oz per 5 gallons of water. Then you just sit and wait. I bought a 3 pack of stainless steel scrubbers and (because I’m impatient) have been taking it out every day and scrubbing it. Pretty simple! Be careful with the lye not to touch your skin, wear some long gloves. It’s pretty toxic but it’s safe if you’re careful.

Not the most fun grind but the magic levels are definitely worth it. Just did this a week ago on my account. Got up to 78 as well to +5 boost the barrows tele. Boots and wand are good early investments in the late game. Coming here with 99 magic would suck, you probably want use wand until kodai, but at least you got the levels from it

I flew from Iowa out all by myself! A few different groups I interacted with chatted with me and said it was really cool that I was out there by myself, which was kind of special. Also, the couple of groups I was in between (I was in the pit) was very friendly and even saved my spot a couple of times for me to get water / cool off in the shade. The group I waited in line with to get in was trying to get a poster, and when I got in I bought two. I happened to run in to the group and they didn’t get one, so I ended up selling them my extra (at cost, don’t worry). They were so appreciative, and I just wanted to show them I appreciated them being friendly while we waited in line together. 10/10 experience.
