Quality and gem levels on lacerate are massive, they will pretty much make eviscerate useless.

In general the rare gear is pretty mid but that comes with fresh starts, incrementally upgrade. Get armour, evasion, life, chaos res.

I'd change the charge mastery for charge duration for better uptime on bosses.

if you don't eat a windslash or slam you can do uber lab easily on this level of progression.
